IMPORTANT INFO

• Admission, parking, and the shuttle are FREE! The shuttle will run from our designated lots to the festival and back at regular intervals.
• Most of the event space is ADA-accessible, but remember the space is a park, so some areas may not be accessible to everyone.
• RuCo Pride is an all-ages, family-friendly event, so please dress accordingly. Hoods/masks/fursuits are allowed if they are appropriate and don't pose a safety hazard.
• 2025 RuCo Pride shirts, a limited number of 2024 Inaugural shirts, and Beer Garden tickets will be available for purchase at the Welcome Tent. No cash; PayPal and Venmo only.
• You MUST be 21 and have ID to get a wristband to enter the Beer Garden.
• Vendors may or may not accept cash at their discretion. Cash tips for performers and bands are welcome.
• There will be seating in Maney Hall for you to get out of the sun.
• Outdoor seating is limited, so bring chairs or blankets. Consider bringing sunscreen and bug spray, but please, no parasols.
• Pets are welcome, but they must be leashed, friendly, and you must clean up after them using your own supplies. Please keep pets away from the dog rescue area.
• Security & First Aid will be onsite. Find someone in a purple or red RuCo Pride shirt if you need any assistance.
• Absolutely no weapons, illegal substances, or outside alcohol allowed.

PARKING INFO

• Handicap parking will be available in the Oaklands Park Pavilion Lot, 427 Roberts St. There may be a limited number of non-reserved spaces available here, as well.
• Parking for RuCo Pride is free and available at the following locations:
• 625 N Highland  Ave (American Esoteric Labs)
• 615 N Highland Ave (MMC Properties)
• 456 Jackson St (MTSU Jackson Lot)
• 1004 N Highland Ave (Murfreesboro Police Dept)
• The Oak Creek Medical Offices lot across from Murfreesboro Police is reserved for performers/vendors with valid permit ONLY.
• Please remember to only park in legal, marked spaces. Do not park along curbs, in striped areas, in front of hydrants, or blocking driveways/other vehicles.
• Absolutely NO parking at Seventh-Day Adventist Church, at 801 N Maney Ave, in the cemetery, at the MTSU building across from the cemetery, or on the side of the road on N Highland AVe.
• RuCo Pride is NOT responsible for any vehicle ticketed or towed for not parking legally or in a lot not approved for our event.
• A free shuttle, sponsored by First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, will run between each of the above lots, and then at the Pavilion. There will be signs at each lot to designate where to wait for the shuttle.
• RuCo Pride has hired law enforcement and private security, who will patrol the lots when able, but they and RuCo Pride are NOT responsible for vehicles or their contents in the lots.
